Our property management team combines asset management, facilities management, property maintenance and accounts specialists all in one client focused team.
Uniquely we are the only property management company based on Teesside with these comprehensive skills in house and in one location. This enables us to deliver effective strategies to maximise the value of our client property assets, with cost effective maintenance packages, risk management, legislation compliance and tenant relations.
Our team is led by Associate Partner Richard Wilson (MRICS). The facilities and compliance management is led by our Facilities Co-ordinator, Caroline Jenkinson. Dodds Brown`s property management team is at present responsible for assets in excess of £ 70 million across Teesside and North Yorkshire.
We manage a wide variety of properties including; shopping centres, multi let office buildings, industrial estates, mixed use schemes and high street portfolios. Our clients include property companies, developers and private investors, such as Henry Lax Limited, the owner of Middlesbrough’s Dundas shopping centre and Urban and Civic, developers of Hudson Quay at Middlehaven.
We offer bespoke and tailor made packages to meet the specific needs of each client and property, from comprehensive added value asset management and strategic property advice to complete facilities management packages using the latest SFG 20 recommended standards and HSE guidelines.
Our packages provide independent management that works alongside your management teams. To deliver services such as maintenance, cleaning and capital project management we engage local, regional and national contractors, all vetted and approved by us for performance, quality and financial stability.
Importantly, we don't add margin to the cost of the facilities services we deliver through service partners; therefore we have no interest in keeping these costs high and offer best value for money for all our clients.
