Richard joined Dodds Brown in 2008 and Heads our Property Management department being responsible for total assets in excess of £70 million. Having previously worked in both Newcastle and Teesside Richard has built up 19 years experience in the commercial property market in the North East.

Richard oversees the management of retail shopping centres, industrial estates and substantial multi-occupied office buildings; providing significant knowledge and depth in these markets.

His responsibilities include the management of rent collection, service charge budgeting/ collection and the management of maintenance & repair contracts. In addition Richard provides asset management advice relating to rent reviews, lease renewals and the re-gearing of leases as well as the acquisition and disposal of property assets.

Richard is a member of Middlesbrough Town Centre Partnership representing the interests of shopping centre and property owners in the town centre.
