Richard who joined the Practice in 1996 is primarily responsible for retail and industrial agency. He also undertakes professional valuation and Landlord and Tenant work. Richard acts for a number of private property companies and SME's providing detailed strategic and day to day property advice.

Recent projects include the successful marketing and letting of various industrial units within the Tees Valley area on behalf of Northern Trust Limited, as well as the marketing of small individual properties across the region.

Richard liaises with both Brian Stewart and Richard Wilson to deliver a comprehensive and knowledgeable property service.
