Coulby Newham pop up shop opportunity

Traders have the opportunity to create a pop-up shop for Halloween and Christmas in Coulby Newham, as a short term lease has become available at a shop in the town’s Parkway Shopping Centre.

Middlesbrough-based independent commercial property consultants Dodds Brown is marketing a six month lease for the 1,500 sq. ft. Cooper and Barr unit in the popular shopping centre to the south of Middlesbrough.
