Homefair Blinds open on Dundas Street, Middlesbrough

http://www.homefairblinds.com/ Dodds Brown have let a 656 sq.ft retail unit immediately outside the Dundas Shopping Centre on Dundas Street to Homefair Blinds (UK) Limited for a term of 10 years at a headline rent of £20,000 pa. 

This brings the number of Homefair Blinds stores in the north east and the north west to 21. 

Richard Wilson from Dodds Brown, managing and letting agents for the centre, commented:-

“This unit became vacant when Barnardo’s vacated at lease expiry earlier this year.  We had been aware for some time that Homefair Blinds were looking to relocate from their existing unit within the InShops Centre.  We were therefore able to relocate them into this unit within 2 months of Barnardo’s vacating and minimise the letting void for the landlord.
