Letting in Northallerton’s Central Arcade follows major refurbishment – only one unit still available

Following a major refurbishment of Central Arcade on Northallerton High Street, Tees Valley independent commercial property consultants Dodds Brown LLP has let unit 6 Central Arcade for use as a coffee shop and ice cream parlour, leaving only one vacant unit in the arcade.

Acting on behalf of landlord Barkers (Northallerton) Limited, the property company of Barkers Department Store, Richard Wilson, Senior Associate Partner at Middlesbrough-based Dodds Brown, let Ground Floor, Unit 6, Central Arcade, Northallerton, North Yorkshire, DL7 8PY, to Carole and Ryan Lee on a new five year lease.

The letting follows a six figure investment by the landlord in new archways, lighting, signage and hard landscaping in Central Arcade, an attractive retail arcade comprising nine small units located on the eastern side of Northallerton High Street.

Dodds Brown has one further unit available for rent in Central Arcade.  Unit 7 is a 563 sq ft ground floor retail unit with timber framed traditional shop front with internal roller shutter.  Quoting rent is £8,500 per annum.
