Dodds Brown disposes of Billingham industrial unit

Teesside independent commercial property consultancy Dodds Brown has sold a Billingham workshop with office accommodation.

Acting on behalf of a private client, Dodds Brown sold the freehold of Unit 2 Alvis Court, Billingham, TS23 4JG, a 2,270 sq ft industrial unit, to an unnamed property company, for £80,000.

Unit 2 Alvis Court is situated within the Alvis Close development on the northern side of the popular

Cowpen Lane Industrial Estate, the principal industrial estate in Billingham with a large number of international, national and local companies occupying the estate.
