New retail opportunities in North Ormesby, Middlesbrough

Teesside independent commercial property consultants Dodds Brown has been appointed to market two new retail units in North Ormesby, Middlesbrough.

The newly built ground floor units, of 1,830 sq ft and 1,520 sq ft, are located adjacent to North Ormesby Health Village and opposite North Ormesby Market Place, where a twice weekly market takes place.

The Health Village is one of the largest primary care developments in the North East and was developed as part of a local regeneration project.
