Dodds Brown to market and manage Stockton office building
13 October 2017
Teesside independent commercial property consultants Dodds Brown has been appointed as letting and managing agent for a Stockton office building, located on one of the region’s most prestigious office parks.
Acting on behalf of the new owners, Dodds Brown Senior Associate Partner Richard Wilson is marketing two refurbished ground floor suites at Richard House on Teesdale Business Park.
3,500 sq ft of office space, which has been refurbished by the new owners, and has great views over the River Tees, is available in two office suites of 2,350 sq ft and 1,150 sq ft, at quoting rents of £17,677 per annum and £8,647 per annum respectively.
Dodds Brown’s Property and Facilities Management Team will manage the rent and service charge collection, and deal with all the tenants on other management matters at the 16,800 sq ft multi-let Richard House.
Mr Wilson says: “We are delighted to have been entrusted with the letting and management of Richard House by its new owners and it is great to see them investing in the building. They have refurbished the third floor for their own occupation, leaving the ground floor as the only remaining space available within the building.”
Dodds Brown’s Property and Facilities Management Team combines asset management, facilities management, property maintenance and accounts specialists all in one client focused team. Uniquely it is the only property management company based on Teesside with these comprehensive skills in house and in one location. This enables the firm to deliver effective strategies to maximise the value of its clients’ property assets, with cost effective maintenance packages, risk management, legislation compliance and tenant relations.
