Eight jobs created as four firms take office space at Wynyard Business Park

Four organisations, ranging from a multi-national pharmaceutical company to a small professional services firm, have chosen Wynyard Business Park for their new office accommodation, creating eight jobs at the Tees Valley office development.
Acting on behalf of Northumberland Estates, joint agents Dodds Brown and Knight Frank have let serviced office accommodation to Macleods Pharma UK Limited, Paul Card Recruitment, F W Capital Limited and Armstrong Consultancy Services in Wynyard Park House, Wynyard Business Park.
Widely regarded as one of the most prestigious office developments in the Tees Valley, Wynyard Business Park is located close to the junction of the A19 with the A689, just north of Billingham, and is a hub for professional and engineering services companies.

Its offices at Wynyard Park House are the base for the company’s UK sales operation.
Wynyard Park House is the new North East head office for independent recruitment consultancy, Paul Card Recruitment, which works with North East businesses to accelerate their growth by helping them to attract and retain finance, accountancy and credit management professionals. With offices already in Newcastle, the firm says that the new office at Wynyard Business Park will help to extend its geographical presence.
