194 High Street, Northallerton let to Save the Children

Dodds Brown have concluded a letting of the former Timpson's unit at 194 High Street, Northallerton to Save the Children.

Dodds Brown acted for the Landlord, Barkers (Northallerton) Ltd.

Save the Children have taken a 10 year lease at a rental of £29,000 per annum.

Richard Wilson, Senior Associate Partner of Dodds Brown says "Northallerton High Street continues to perform well as a retail location and the letting was concluded with Save the Children within 3 months of the unit becoming vacant and there were a number of other interested parties. This demonstrates the strength of Northallerton High Street as a retail location compared to other towns in the region."
