Dodds Brown's Property Management team currently manage a wide variety of properties including; shopping centres, multi let office buildings, industrial estates and mixed use schemes, located across the Tees Valley, County Durham and North Yorkshire. Our clients include property companies, developers and private investors. We seek to tailor-make our service to meet the specific needs of each client and property and our range of services can include any of the following: -

  • Collection of rents, service charges, insurance and utilities.
  • Tenant liaison.
  • Dealing with tenant applications for alterations, assignment and sub-letting.
  • Ensuring tenant’s compliance with lease covenants.

The property management department incorporates a dedicated accounts team, who use property management accounting software capable of dealing with complex service charges.

We work closely with our clients to develop an asset management strategy for each property. We are able to draw on the expertise of our other departments and our local market knowledge to identify opportunities to add value to client’s properties.
