Following on from the successful completion of Phase I Hudson Quay, which was let to the Crown Prosecution Service and Hertel Engineering, Dodds Brown have now completed a pre-let agreement to Middlesbrough Primary Care Trust for 38,500 sq ft. Contractors are now on site to construct the building ready for the PCT to take occupation in May 2010.
