ConsultantPeter has been a Consultant with Dodds Brown since 2002 working in the Professional Department specialising in Valuation, Landlord and Tenant and Public Sector Consultancy work.
Peter has over 25 years of commercial property experience primarily having worked in the Tees Valley. He has particular expertise in Regeneration having advised on many of the larger schemes in the area including Teesdale, Hartlepool Marina, Redcar Town Centre and Coatham.
Peter is a past Chairman and Honorary Secretary of The Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors local branch and is currently Chair of the NECC Middlesbrough Committee.
His leisure interests include Art and Culture (he is a Trustee of a local Art Gallery) fell walking and classic cars.
