Associate PartnerBrian joined Dodds Brown in May 2007, specialising in the valuation of commercial property and Landlord & Tenant related matters.
Brian qualified as a Chartered Surveyor in 2001, following graduation from the University of Northumbria with an Hons degree in Estate Management. Brian gained extensive experience whilst being employed by a national firm of property consultants for 5 years, and a well-known London auctioneer within the West End for 2 years, and has advised local, regional and national clients alike. A significant part of his experience has included providing valuation services for a number of well-known high street banks.
Brian’s interests include a range of sporting activities, reading and the usual “socialising with friends”.
