PartnerSteve graduated from Sheffield City Polytechnic in 1992 with a BSc (Hons) in Urban Lane Economics. From college he joined Storey Sons & Parker at their Middlesbrough office becoming a Chartered Surveyor in 1994. Steve then joined Whittle Jones as Head of Agency in their Newcastle office principally dealing with industrial and office portfolios from Teesside to the Scottish borders.
In 1998 Steve joined Ashley Smith Chartered Surveyors setting up a new office in Darlington which provided the full range of commercial property services from Agency, Rent Reviews, Investment advise etc.
In 2001 Steve joined Dodds Brown as an Associate Partner becoming a full Partner in January 2007 dealing principally with Agency and Investment.
Away from the office Steve is just about hanging on to his season ticket at St James’s Park and enjoys Golf, Swimming and Skiing.
